R S InfoCon, Inc. (“RSI”) is committed to protect the privacy of our customers. Any information you provide to us will be treated with extreme care and confidentiality. We will never share or sell your personal information to a Third Party (Any person or entity other than RSI and you). RSI recognizes and knows that many users to our website are concerned about the information they may provide to us, and how we use that information. This policy summarizes what personally identifiable information we may collect, how we might use this information, and other important aspects about your privacy.

Although the site may provide links to Third Party Websites, such websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. These links are provided for your convenience only, and RSI assumes no responsibility for the privacy or security of information you provide to any Third Party through linked websites or any other means. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of other Third Party Websites to understand their privacy practices. Further, users of the Third Party Sites may from time-to-time post material on the Third Party Sites. Though we do attempt to monitor user-posted content, such user-posted material is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection

A) Personal Information Users Consent and Voluntary Submission

RSI may collect information from you through your voluntary submission. For instance, such information may be submitted through your use of an online form to register with RSI to access and use certain portions of the Site, or by sending RSI an email to request certain services from us. You may also give RSI personal information when submitting a resume and/or an employment application. In other cases, such information may be the content or information you post in a web-forum, in a chat room, or through other interactive or “social networking” portions of the Site. The information you voluntarily submit may include information which may be used to personally identify you, such as your name, physical address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

B) Involuntary and Automatic Collection; Use of Cookies, Web Beacons, and statistical analysis services.

RSI web server collects non-personally identifiable information from you during the course of your visit of the site. Our web server automatically recognizes your IP address, web browser version, the referring page, and the site you came from. RSI automatically collects this information, and aggregate information on which pages are accessed by visitors. RSI may also collect information about the content on the Site you access, the platform operating system you use, and the date, time, and duration of your visit to the Site. This information may be collected through the use of a “cookie.” RSI uses session cookies containing encrypted information to identify you and facilitate your use of the site. The use of cookies is now standard operating procedure for most Web sites. You can set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it or not. After you leave our Site and close your browser, a persistent cookie remains. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your help file directions in your web browser. RSI also use “web beacons” on the Site from time to time. Web beacons are small pieces of code placed on a web page to track or monitor the behavior and collect data about the visitors viewing a web page. We may employ Web Beacons to track anonymously how users use the Sites. We may also use Web Beacons in our emails to track which emails are opened by recipients.

2. How may RSI use the information collected

RSI uses information it collects to, among other things, process your requests, offer or furnish additional services, customize the types of information you receive from RSI assess trends in the use of the Site, provide targeted marketing to you and other customers, develop content and functionality that helps serve our user’s needs.

In the event RSI uses Google Analytics, the information generated by the cookie about your use of the Site (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. RSI will only share your personal identifiable information with Partners. Such partners shall be required to use your personal identifiable information only to assist in the RSI service and to maintain the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information.

Resumes and other materials submitted by job applicants are used for applicant screening and hiring purposes, and for general human resources related purposes.

If you supply us with your telephone number, and email we may contact you with information regarding new products and services.

3. Mature Audience

The Sites and our products and services are intended for people over 18 years old. RSI does not knowingly collect personal information from people under the age of 18. People under the age of 18 should not visit any of the Sites nor submit any personal information.

RSI does not knowingly use or distribute personal information regarding people under the age of 18. If RSI obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a person under the age of 18, that information will be immediately deleted from our servers.

4. Changes to this Policy
